Wax
What happens at a wax
Ten minutes for a lip, about fifty for legs.
- 01
Step 1: Skin check
We ask what's changed since your last visit, look at the skin and tell you if the day isn't right.
- 02
Step 2: Wax test
A small spot first, to see how the wax and your skin get on.
- 03
Step 3: Section by section
We work in small sections with the skin held flat, and a new applicator for every dip. You say when to stop.
- 04
Step 4: Aftercare
A soothing wipe, then a plain word on the next 24 hours, written down if you like.

Questions about wax
How does the wax test work?
We apply a little to a small spot and watch how the skin responds before we start the area.
Can I wax if I'm sensitive?
Often, yes, with a gentler plan. Tell us when you book, and we may suggest threading for the face.
What do I do afterward?
Skip heat, friction, scrubs and anything scented for a day, and wear loose clothes.
Book your wax.
Anastacia and Ivon do face and body waxing. If it's your first wax, we start with a look at your skin.
