Your questions

Not here? Send a message and we will write back.

How long should my hair be for a wax?

About a quarter inch, roughly the length of a grain of rice.

What if my skin is sensitive?

Tell us when you book. We check your skin at every visit and test the wax on a small spot first.

What should I avoid before a wax?

Scrubs, peels and acids for two days, sun, retinoid on the area, and lotion or oil on the day.

What should I avoid after?

Heat, friction, scrubs and anything scented for a day, then sun and pools for two days.

Do I need a patch test?

For a tint, lamination, a lash lift or a lash set, yes. It helps but can't predict every reaction.

What if my skin reacts?

If you notice burning, swelling, a rash or blurred vision, tell us and call your doctor or go to urgent care.

Can I book wax and brows together?

Yes. Pick both on the booking page, or ask the person you book with.

How do deposits work?

Lash sets, fills, lifts and lamination take a deposit that goes toward your service. The booking page shows the amount.

Can I bring a friend?

A friend is welcome to wait on the bench by the door. Clients come into the room on their own.

Which languages do you speak?

English, all of us. Spanish, Anastacia, Ivon and Brissa. Krishna also speaks Hindi.

Ready to pick a time?

Book a brow shape or a wax. If you're new, tell us about your skin when you book.
